Pho Tibet New Paltz

I got the pho special take out and was pleasantly surprised with everything! The short rib was so good. All the veggie parts were fresh and good portions. The flavor was so delicious and savory. The chili crisp and Sriracha sauce packets were an added bonus. That broth! Will def be back soon!

Super cute Tibetan decor and delicious food. I’m half-Tibetan so I know what good momos are… and this place was SO good!! - House special pho had melt-in-your mouth brisket and very yummy broth 10/10 - Mixed momos were an amazing menu item (unusual to get to try multiple types without ordering full plates of each) and the beef, chicken, and veg were all 10/10 ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ་།

Simply the best! My favorite restaurant in New Paltz. Food is super consistent and the vegetarian options are top notch. My favorite choices are the soy protein summer rolls and the veggie pho. Momo dumplings are bomb, too. Service is always so fast and the ambiance is welcoming and cozy. Much love!! :*

Our server was very friendly and gave us very good service. Our food was delicious and was out very quickly. I ordered the pork chop pho and my mother got the chicken salad. The broth for the pho was very rich and flavorful. The atmosphere and decor and very pleasant and the layout was very comfortable. Definitely recommend and will be heading back next time I’m in the area.

I’ve really enjoyed pho Tibet special noodle! This unique blend of Thai and Tibetan flavors is something I’ve never tried before, and it’s absolutely delicious. The restaurant is spacious and the staff are super friendly. It’s definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s in the area!

We shared the Pork Chop Bahn Mi and the Pho Tibet Salad (braised short rib), both were excellent. Absolutely loved the salad--the short rib was tender and flavorful while the greens were fresh and crunchy with slivers of papaya that stole the show! The Bahn Mi will become part of our regular rotation--perfectly seared chop with a bright, crisp pickled veg mix. The lychee tea was refreshing with a light floral flavor. Lovely staff, great food in generous portions. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for a late dinner and got swimming beef momo and spring rolls. Super yummy and was comforting for a cold Fall night.
